Kristen Duke is a trusted parenting coach specializing in helping moms build deep, lasting trust with their teens. Through her proven coaching methods, she empowers mothers to shift from conflict and distance to connection and understanding.

Her approach centers around communication, empathy, and real-world strategies that help teens feel seen, heard, and respected—building bonds that last a lifetime. Kristen believes that when trust is strong, everything else falls into place.

Kristen has a degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University, and the mother to 4 children: 3 adults, a new bonus daughter, and 1 teen still at home.
